Position: Senior Maintenance Technician Join our property maintenance team at Silo South End Apartment Homes, a premier 390-unit mid-rise community in vibrant Charlotte, NC. You will play a key role in maintaining and preserving our luxury community, ensuring that our residents enjoy a top-quality living experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community. Utilize advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems. Develop strong rapport with residents and promptly assist with general maintenance issues (e.g., appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall). Assist the Service Supervisor in preparing maakeady schedules and ensuring all units are ready to lease. Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors. Help the service team maintain strong curb appeal at the property. Qualifications: 2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience. Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry. HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required. CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire). Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Full training on using the makeready schedule, Payables Nexus for ordering supplies, and Yardi for service requests (training available after hire). Strong customer service skills.
