Accounts Payable Specialist

Job DescriptionAccounts Payable Specialist Process accounts payable invoices to meet monthly deadlines. Review work for accuracy and submit to Accounting for review and approval. Enter journal entries to the general ledger and prepares various accounting statements and financial reports. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Accounts Payable Specialist: $18 - $22 hourly depending on experience. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities Include: Process AP invoices associated with LLC to submit to client in a prompt and timely manner. Process 300-400 AP invoices monthly for billing. Prepares various accounting statements. Prepares various financial statements. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Accounts Payable Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: High School Diploma or equivalent; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft applications. Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities. Ability to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines. Advanced problem solving and process improvement abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
