Transform Lives as a Dialysis Registered Nurse As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for patients with kidney disease at US Renal Care. Collaborating with a Charge Nurse, you will lead and mentor Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in a supportive environment focused on quality renal care. Your Role Includes: Patient Care: Deliver high-quality dialysis treatments, conducting comprehensive assessments before and after procedures, and diligently monitoring patient progress. Ensure medication safety by reviewing patient medication profiles and administering medications per physician orders. Team Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, participating in patient assessments and care planning while maintaining compliance with staffing regulations under the guidance of the Administrator. Safety and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and participate actively in staff meetings and continuing education to enhance your professional growth. Who We Need: Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
