Collaborating closely with the Unit Manager and working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians, your role is crucial for the well-being of our residents. Your Role Will Involve: Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with empathy and professionalism. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including Physicians, RNs, CNAs, and Ward Clerks. Utilizing strong clinical judgment to monitor patient conditions and respond effectively. Maintaining clear communication with RNs and Physicians regarding resident status. Exhibiting leadership by delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to care plans. Ensuring accuracy in medication orders, documentation, and charting. Assisting with wound care, taking vital signs, and performing treatment procedures. Supporting residents with personal hygiene and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Coordinating medical appointments and effectively communicating with residents' families. Entering medical orders, notifying pharmacy, and maintaining thorough health records. Participating in daily meetings, care conferences, and discharge planning. Adhering to policies regarding controlled substances and documentation. Promptly reporting any safety concerns, facility issues, or emergencies. Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or mistreatment according to regulations.
