Monte Nido Portland is an adult residential treatment program that focuses exclusively on individuals seeking help for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our holistic treatment approach emphasizes the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the implementation of healthy eating and exercise habits, and the elimination of harmful behaviors. Our goal is to provide each client with a deep understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder, and the tools necessary for their recovery journey. We take pride in our HAES-informed nutritional care, which includes: Recognition that healthy, recovered individuals come in various shapes and sizes. Understanding that all bodies deserve nourishment and the chance to experience satiety. Focusing on behaviors rather than weight, as a philosophy for recovery. Generous paid time off. Opportunities for professional development. And many more! We are committed to fostering a diverse environment and proudly uphold equal opportunity employment practices.
