Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Purchasing Manager to lead our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations. This key role includes spearheading supplier enablement, content management, and ensuring metric compliance. You will develop and execute an innovative e-procurement strategy to enhance service effectiveness and cost efficiency, while also driving process optimization and best practices for sustainable international procurement. Your collaborative efforts with Sourcing, Accounting, Finance Services, and IT will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities: Maximize the value derived from our e-Procurement technology. Work collaboratively with Buyers to maintain precise and cost-efficient catalog content. Ensure timely and cost-effective handling of ordering and invoicing activities. Identify tools users, like those utilizing Workday, and ensure they receive timely training. Define and report on system KPIs with metrics scorecards to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership. Gain comprehensive understanding of applicable P2P software modules to recognize impacts throughout the organization. Contribute to special projects as required. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing and managing e-Procurement systems with a strong focus on process management. Demonstrated success in building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Innovative problem-solving skills are a must. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. At least five years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
