Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at CORA, you will: Make a significant impact on your community by providing inclusive physical therapy services. Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients following a predefined plan set by a Physical Therapist. Facilitate the safe progress of patients through their therapy, tailored to their individual capabilities. Consult regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and any changes in their condition. Thoroughly document all treatments and patient interactions in alignment with CORA policies. Educate patients and their families about home programs and activities to support recovery. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the rehabilitation team. Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance your skills and contribute to a positive clinic culture. What You Need A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. A valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). A genuine passion for learning, growth, and making a difference—new graduates encouraged to apply!
