Key Responsibilities: Possess a profound understanding of SAP's cloud product suite, with a focus on S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and additional cloud-based modules. Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. Translate technical nuances into business context, crafting value-driven solutions. Demonstrate substantial industry knowledge in sectors such as manufacturing and Life Sciences. Identify business challenges and translate them into comprehensive SAP requirements. Design and develop tailored solutions based on identified business needs. Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding the advantages and disadvantages of proposed solutions. Prepare business case definitions that support informed strategic decision-making. Relationship Management: Promote a culture of teamwork within the virtual sales support team for designated sales opportunities. Establish professional relationships with clients, analysts, thought leaders, and SAP. Build credibility and foster strong connections with client decision-makers. Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sale to post-sale, guaranteeing clear communication between customers and the implementation delivery team. Industry Expertise: Identify industry-specific value propositions, encompassing trends, key performance measures, return on investment, and technological advancements. Conduct audits of industry-related client implementations to ensure quality, measure value, and identify market requirements and best practices. Solicit insights concerning future industry requirements to remain at the forefront of developments. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture and consulting. 10+ years with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules (Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.). 7+ years of experience focusing on cloud products. 3+ years of hands-on experience with RISE with S/4 HANA solutions, including cloud Line of Business solutions. 5+ years as an integration manager in transformation projects. 3+ years of solution design and development experience with SAP BTP, Gen AI/Joule, Business Data Cloud, Signavio, Revenue Recognition. 10+ years of experience across three or more industries, including Manufacturing (discrete and process), Pharma and Life Sciences, Medical Devices, CPG/Retail, Aerospace, Transportation, and Public Sector. Certifications: SAP certified in at least one area within the last five years. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
