In this exciting role, you will manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, selling innovative products to clients, and enhancing account performance through efficient deliveries and pickups. You will build strong customer relationships while upholding our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, fostering strong customer relationships. Perform early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) to meet collection goals. Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools. Execute assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups. Provide exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and in customers' homes. Drive sales growth and create new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise. Ensure showroom and company vehicle standards are met. Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 18. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Physical Requirements Capability to lift and move heavy items. Ability to operate a box truck. Willingness to stand and drive for long periods. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday-Saturday. Enjoy Sundays off plus one weekday off. This is a physically active position involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
