Your key responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure our customers drive away safely. Collaborating with team members to solve technical issues efficiently. Gaining diverse experience as an automotive mechanic across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Maintaining our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Qualifications and requirements: Experience in areas such as engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and heating/air conditioning. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Manual dexterity and physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. Valid driver's license required. In California, maintain ASE Certifications where required by State/Local law. The hourly rate for this position is: $49.88 - $49.88 Benefits: As a full-time hourly associate, you will enjoy: Up to 48 hours of sick time accrued each year and 80 to 200 hours of vacation time after 90 days of service, based on years of service. Paid time off for 6 scheduled holidays and 1 floating holiday each year, with Holiday Premium Pay for working on holidays.
