Technical Sourcer hybrid contract

Job DescriptionWe have an AI-startup client who is looking for a Senior Technical Sorcer. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area. Strong technical sourcer (not full-cycle) Builds quality pipelines for hard engineering roles: SRE, Infrastructure, Staff-level Software Engineers Can calibrate quickly with hiring managers and improve candidate quality fast networking Qualifications: Qualifications ​​​​​Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a weekExperience with: passive sourcing, market mapping / talent mapping, infra/platform/SRE hiring, senior/staff/principal engineering searches, startup scaling environmentsProduces well-calibrated technical pipelines (not just volume)Works independently across multiple engineering reqsResponds well to feedback and adjusts fastComfortable in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of machine learningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
