Job Description The Client Success Executive (CSE) serves as a pivotal, customer-facing leader, dedicated to igniting value realization and fostering enduring partnerships with a portfolio of high-impact customers. As a trusted advisor, you will forge robust executive relationships, synchronize internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that customers fully capitalize on their Oracle Health solutions. This role necessitates superior business acumen, executive communication proficiency, and the capability to navigate intricate environments while advocating for customer needs and mitigating risks. The CSE is responsible for customer retention, adoption, partnership strategies, and the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Executive Engagement Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior customer executives, acting as their trusted advisor on strategies, value realization, and partnership alignment. Lead strategic business reviews, roadmap discussions, and long-term planning sessions. Act as the customer's voice within Oracle Health, ensuring internal alignment with their priorities. Customer Success & Value Realization Drive adoption and measurable outcomes that align with customer goals, KPIs, and contractual commitments. Enable customers to derive maximum value from their investments through proactive guidance, best practices, and solution enhancement. Monitor customer health, detect risk signals early, and coordinate comprehensive mitigation plans. Cross-Functional Leadership Facilitate collaboration with product, services, support, sales, and operations to provide a unified customer experience. Resolve complex issues, acting as the escalation point while ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Champion customer needs during product planning and innovation discussions. Operational Excellence Create and execute tailored customer success plans, communication schedules, and governance structures. Ensure that all commitments—contractual, operational, and strategic—are tracked, fulfilled, and communicated clearly. Maintain precise account documentation, forecasting inputs, and health assessments. Retention, Growth & Business Impact Safeguard and expand existing customer relationships by identifying growth opportunities that align with their strategies. Collaborate with account teams to influence renewals, expansion phases, and value-based selling initiatives. Support commercial planning through insights on customer priorities, risks, and partnership trajectories. Leadership & Thought Partnership Contribute to the continual enhancement of the Customer Success organization by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned. Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational development initiatives. Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Compensation and Benefits: Hiring range is $50.48 to $95.91 per hour; with an annual salary from $105,000 to $199,500. May be eligible for equity and commission with a pay mix of 60/40 - 90/10.
