Your Opportunity As an AI & Data Engineering Trainee, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will receive mentorship and gain insight into our mission-driven processes. What You'll Do Work collaboratively with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven systems, adhering to best practices in model development, data pipelines, system performance, security, and maintainability. Partner with product management to transform intricate business challenges into AI-ready requirements, articulating them into clear user stories, experiments, and evaluation metrics for models. Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms. Address technical debt and other identified issues to ensure optimal system performance. About You You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with a keen interest in AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems. You have hands-on experience (whether academic, personal, or through internships) with programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, along with familiarity with ML frameworks, data processing, or AI APIs. You are curious, collaborative, and enthusiastic about learning-comfortable breaking down complex problems, experimenting with new technologies, and iterating based on feedback. You are proficient with version control systems like Git. Pay Range USD $20.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
