pplications Specialist - Syngo Dynamics Location: 100% Remote (with up to 90% travel) Job Summary The Applications Specialist will be responsible for delivering both onsite and virtual education on Siemens' Syngo Dynamics software. This includes software features, functionalities, workflows, and best practices. The role will support both internal teams and external Siemens partners, with a strong focus on aligning training content with customer and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver onsite and virtual education on Siemens Syngo Dynamics software. Design and facilitate training programs related to Syngo Dynamics, including internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate customer education needs and develop training materials (tutorials, instructions, and resources). Develop and deliver virtual education modules for both customer-facing and internal use. Stay up to date with the latest tools and resources to optimize training outcomes. Prioritize and select modality-specific content in collaboration with Clinical Education Specialists. Lead and support the delivery of virtual training sessions. Gather insights through meetings, seminars, and training events for content improvement. Ensure all content follows branding and formatting guidelines. Collaborate with trainers, managers, and leadership to align training goals with business objectives. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years working with PACS systems. Experience with Syngo Dynamics strongly preferred. Cardiovascular clinical background preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage Physicians, Nurses, System Administrators, and other healthcare staff. Must be capable of troubleshooting and working independently. Willing and able to travel on a regular basis (up to 90%).
