We believe great therapists deserve strong support, flexibility, and respect.What You'll Do• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans • Address ADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity strength, cognition, safety awareness, and adaptive equipment needs • Complete evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation • Collaborate with COTAs and supervise as appropriate • Provide patient and family education related to safety, independence, and home transitions • Work closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team • Support coverage needs for fluctuating census and vacation coverageIf you'd like additional support with any competencies, we are happy to provide training and mentorship.What We OfferWe take care of our therapists so they can take care of their patients.• Competitive PRN hourly rate (based on experience) • Flexible scheduling based on your availability • Supportive leadership and a collaborative rehab culture • Opportunity for consistent PRN hours based on census needs • Continuing education support opportunitiesRequirements• Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license in good standing • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTR required) • Organized, self-starter who enjoys working with the geriatric populationPreferred: At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
