Join our dynamic Health Services team as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in partnering with our Business Development, Account Management, and Operations departments to enhance client growth and retention through your clinical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging presentations at client meetings, events, and virtual webinars on industry trends and new developments in our services. Build strong, collaborative relationships with the RxBenefits team to provide clinical support tailored to client goals. Serve as the Clinical Subject Matter Expert on implementation calls, offering guidance on drug coverage decisions and utilization management based on data analysis. Conduct in-depth data analyses using Business Intelligence tools to drive clinical insights. Review and enhance the analytical work of colleagues for clarity and accuracy. Perform comprehensive chart reviews and provide evidence-based recommendations regarding complex medication regimens to clients and providers. Oversee the effective delivery of our Clinical Value Proposition and related clinical products. Mentorship of new consultant pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and student interns to foster professional growth. Utilize your expertise in data evaluation to support National and Regional Business Development and help achieve client objectives. Contribute to various clinical-focused projects as directed by leadership. Assist in the development of internal training materials related to clinical services. Help update Clinical Policies and Procedures in collaboration with Clinical Leadership. Participate actively in the enhancement of client-facing clinical materials and industry discussions. Commit to continuous learning to maintain your expert knowledge of our comprehensive product offerings and clinical solutions. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD) from an accredited institution. Active State pharmacy license. Minimum of two years of clinical advising experience in the Managed Care/PBM sector. Strong understanding of clinical advising in relation to industry standards and practices. Ability to connect industry changes and data trends to effective solutions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for short-term incentives based on individual and business performance.
