What You’ll Need to Succeed Please consider joining our team if you meet the following qualifications: Current state licensure or certification (where required). CPR certification preferred (within hospital policy requirements). Successful completion of an accredited associate's degree in occupational therapy assistance is preferred. Effective communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and caregivers. Proven competency in delivering occupational therapy treatments.
