As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of People Operations to lead our Human Resources Operations, HRIS, Compliance, and Employee Relations functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, focusing on operational efficiency and a people-first approach to elevate employee experiences within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, drive operational excellence, and create scalable systems to foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operations to support organizational goals and enhance employee experiences. Implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing technology for enhanced service quality and cost efficiency. Oversee employee relations, providing effective guidance and conflict resolution through the HR Consultant Solutions team. Serve as a trusted advisor in leading employee relations activities, including corrective counseling and workplace investigations. Develop HR policies that promote equity and a positive work environment. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business needs. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Conduct internal and external HR audits and serve as a liaison with legal counsel. Drive data-informed decision-making to improve organizational effectiveness. Mentor and lead the HR team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing HR functions. Comprehensive HR experience, including HRBP roles to ensure alignment and scalability. Proven expertise in developing HR strategies in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of employment law, recruiting, compensation, HRIS, and talent management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all business levels. Experience with HRIS systems and technology platforms. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to effectively manage remote teams. High level of integrity and professionalism. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. Certifications: Professional certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS) is preferred. Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $175,000 to $230,000, depending on various factors including skill set and experience.
