The Medical Oncology Account Executive plays a crucial role in expanding our presence in the specialized testing market. This position involves engaging with medical oncologists, hematology oncologists, large multi-specialty oncology practices, cancer centers, breast surgeons, surgical oncologists, gynecological oncologists, and radiologists. As an integral part of our team, the Medical Oncology Account Executive (MOAE) will collaborate closely with OAE, WHAE, PAE, and HAE representatives to support a collaborative selling model, focusing on driving business for breast tissue and molecular solutions (e.g.: BRCA). Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth in designated districts through upselling existing accounts, generating new leads, acquiring referrals, and building relationships with potential customers. Target and successfully close new specialty testing opportunities, collaborating with OAE on relevant prospects. Work directly with Account Executives within assigned districts. Coordinate with Hospital or Physician Representatives on complex issues or when full-service support is necessary. Provide immediate assistance with less complex inquiries. Share subject matter expertise on associated specialty testing. Stay informed on specialty testing areas and related products, including connectivity tools (e.g., Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe). Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and bids. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Complete all administrative tasks efficiently and promptly. Skills & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences. Knowledge: Understanding of the Healthcare Industry and business economics. 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in oncology or women's health. Specific knowledge of Biology, Oncology, and Genetic Testing. Ability to foster and maintain strong customer relationships, along with excellent planning and organizational capabilities. Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
