In this role, you will play a vital part in driving healthcare transformations for leading organizations. You’ll leverage your expertise in Epic systems to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients, all while working in your local metro area to minimize travel. Key Responsibilities: Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems using your extensive Epic knowledge. Collaborate with project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and enhancements. Work with various interfaces and integrations to identify and bridge workflow gaps in clinics. Engage in designing, building, testing, and implementing Epic integration application systems. Create or adapt written protocols in coordination with clinicians. Troubleshoot existing issues and provide effective solutions. Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in Healthcare and EHR, particularly with a focus on Epic systems. Epic Inpatient certification is required. Hands-on implementation experience in Inpatient modules like HIM and OpTime is essential. Strong understanding of Inpatient workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy. Experience in EHR implementation planning, including scope and timelines. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally. Proven ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Ambulatory systems.
