Your Impact Matters As a Registered Nurse Women's Services Float Pool Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care within our compassionate environment. Position Summary and Requirements In this role, your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing and evaluating care strategies. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care. Formulate and regularly update care plans based on patient responses and progress. Consult with team members to enhance and tailor care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient. Administer medications and provide treatments in accordance with hospital policies. Delegate tasks appropriately to non-licensed staff, maintaining high standards of practice. Deliver pre- and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Provide educational resources to patients and families regarding treatment options and care processes. Collaborate with the care team to facilitate effective discharge planning. Qualifications: Must obtain Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment start date. Current RN (Registered Nurse) license. Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing, or a recognized Registered Nurse Diploma. Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date. Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
