Efficiently and accurately complete work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards. Replace air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, and other services as directed by management. Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed. Check tire pressures and add air when necessary. Communicate effectively with the parts department to procure necessary parts. Document all services performed on the repair order. Report any equipment defects or malfunctions to the supervisor. Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training sessions as assigned by the service manager. Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of any changes to the vehicle's condition. Maintain a clean and organized shop area. Stay informed and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know laws. Promptly report any safety concerns to management. All applicants must be able to successfully pass pre-employment assessments, including background checks, MVR records, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license.
