Job Description

Customer Service Operations Specialist Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to ensure outstanding sales and customer service while maintaining an inviting store appearance and smooth operations. This position also requires you to step into a shift management role when the Assistant or Store Manager is unavailable. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Lead the store team in providing top-notch customer service to both retail and professional customers. Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute service programs effectively. Manage phone etiquette by ensuring calls are handled per company policy. Ensure the timely processing of online orders, including buy online/ship to store and transfers, while keeping customers informed about shipment arrivals. Efficiently manage special orders and outside purchases following established procedures. Process retail customer returns and exchanges in a friendly manner, issuing refunds accurately while following payment protocols. Ensure all merchandise, including warranty and core charges, is invoiced before leaving the store. Communicate important messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members as necessary. Monitor team adherence to the work schedule, approving any changes through management. Perform essential opening and closing duties, including securing the store, managing deposits, and ensuring safety measures are in place. Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, particularly in auto parts, knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desirable).
