In this crucial leadership role, you will steer the clinical operations function for both our internal teams and external partners, creating a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Providing strategic input into trial design and protocol development. Ensuring all studies comply with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines. The ideal candidate will hold a BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline and possess at least 10 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. You should have a successful track record in clinical development through Phase 3, including participation in drug approvals. Key qualifications include: Experience leading high-performing teams and managing external partners. A deep understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and global regulatory requirements. Strong executive presence alongside excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to foresee challenges and implement innovative solutions.
