Your Role and Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Architect to join our growing Oracle ERP team. In this exciting role, you will utilize your expertise to identify and architect solutions that ensure success for our clients, while also contributing to the expansion of our practice. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in solution architecture and is eager to proactively address client needs, guaranteeing project success. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities by designing compelling proposals and delivering top-notch Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. We seek someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to establishing a long-term career. This role may require travel to client sites, and remote work is an option. What You'll Do: Serve as an expert in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations during client engagements. Lead the solution design and ensure successful deployments of Oracle Cloud ERP Projects, including hands-on development, design, and prototyping. Ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and are architecturally robust, while effectively assessing potential risks. Align solutions with portfolio offerings to promote profitable growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and ensure traceability. Evaluate current client processes and design customized solutions based on industry best practices. Act as the primary technical contact for clients, actively identifying business opportunities. Guide the implementation team through testing cycles, ensuring comprehensive test scenarios and case development. Deliver high-quality solutions that meet requirements while advising clients on strategies and design options. Work closely with Project Managers to inform project plans and timelines to meet critical milestones. Identify new business opportunities and support the creation of change orders. Contribute thought leadership to the growth of our Practice. Engage in strategic planning and business case development. Participate in presentations to clients showcasing implementation features, technical requirements, and benefits. Manage solution proposals, designs, risk analyses, and client presentations. Provide technical oversight for estimates and maintain project standards. Proactively develop new business and assist in the presales process through demonstrations and proposals. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation. Acted as a Senior Solution Architect on at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Experience in the Public Sector (city/state/local/county government) is a plus. Knowledge of GASB Accounting and Reporting, Encumbrance Accounting, Fund Accounting, Projects, and Grants Accounting and Management. Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable financial systems with Oracle Cloud Financials. Exposure to other Cloud modules like Supply Chain and HCM Applications is preferred. Ability to succeed in fast-paced, diverse environments. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for all audience levels. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Quick to adapt to new projects with a positive attitude. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
