Deliver effective therapy services aimed at enhancing strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility. Educate patients and their families on home exercise routines and safe mobility techniques. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, occupational therapists, home health aides, and case managers. Document patient progress and visit summaries using our user-friendly mobile EMR system. Ensure patient safety and uphold quality standards in accordance with BrightStar's core protocols. Requirements: Must have an active and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or MPT). Preferred minimum of 1 year of PT experience (new graduates are welcome with supervision). Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Current CPR certification is required. Ability to work both independently and cohesively within a care team. Flexible work from home options are available!
