Provide treatment in accordance with a Physical Therapist's established plan. Support patients through progressive therapy techniques while ensuring their safety. Regularly communicate with supervising Physical Therapists about patient progress and condition changes. Accurately document all patient interactions in line with CORA policies. Educate patients and their families on home care and recommended activities. Foster effective communication with patients, families, and other rehabilitation team members. Collaborate with teammates to enhance your skills and clinic atmosphere. What You'll Need: A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
