Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:Technologist - X-Ray Job Details:• Minimum 24 months of X-Ray experience in hospital/medical center setting required• Must be proficient in operating Siemens general radiography equipment• Experience required with Carestream portable units, GE OEC C-arms, and Medtronic O-arm equipment• Operating room experience required, particularly with C-arms and O-arms• Surgery fluoroscopy experience required• Support all areas of Radiology including plain film imaging, operating room exams, and portable exams• Work with patients of all age groups as shift dependent• Will float across multiple campuses: Iowa Lutheran, Methodist West• EPIC EMR system experience required• Required certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (AHA)• Iowa radiology license highly preferred or willingness to obtain upon acceptance• Driver's license required• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months required• Billable overtime after 40 hours per week (36-40 hours/week) or after 48 hours (48+ hours/week)• Overtime multiplier 1.15x for holidays, call back 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum Facility:This major medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides advanced diagnostic imaging services across multiple campuses.
