We are on the lookout for a skilled Operations / Facility Engineer to take charge of plant operations, enhance manufacturing processes, and facilitate the company's exciting growth journey. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in precast concrete manufacturing and a robust understanding of concrete design principles. A keen analytical mind is essential for evaluating casting techniques, understanding capacity ratings, and recognizing critical facility enhancements. Experience in bridge construction and a PE certification will significantly enhance your candidacy. Your Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Assess plant operations and production methods to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and superior product quality. Capacity & Upgrades: Analyze current capacity ratings and pinpoint potential operational enhancements and equipment upgrades. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement operational enhancements and resolve technical challenges. Technical Support: Provide expert support in concrete design and assist in the development of new products. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and uphold company quality standards. Project Management: Assist in capital project planning and oversee facility upgrades, managing budgets and timelines effectively. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement to elevate overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in precast concrete manufacturing or a related environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with concrete design standards and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Certifications: PE certification is a plus. ACI Field and/or PCI Level I, II, or III certifications preferred (or the willingness to obtain). Experience Plus: Strong preference for candidates with bridge construction experience.
