Job Description: As a Fraud Technology Solutions Specialist in Crowe's Financial Crime Analytics and Technology Practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to implement advanced fraud technology solutions that comply with regulatory standards. Your expertise will enhance clients' financial crime strategies through expert recommendations and actionable solutions. This role requires expertise in managing the deployment of fraud systems, including Fraud Detection and Case Management, and demands a solid background in fraud prevention and technical project management. Responsibilities: Engage deeply with clients to understand their fraud detection needs and translate them into effective solution configurations. Facilitate the implementation and setup of fraud solutions, providing guidance on rule development. Collaborate with clients to pinpoint fraud patterns, identify emerging trends, and recognize vulnerabilities. Advise on customizations and configurations of fraud solutions to meet specific client processes and regulatory requirements. Provide clients with best practice guidance for fraud prevention and investigation using innovative fraud technologies. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions. Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops on the functionalities of fraud solutions for clients. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and regulatory updates regarding fraud detection and prevention. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to fraud solutions during and after implementation. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in fraud system implementation and tuning projects. Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques, ideally gained in financial institutions or consulting environments. Substantial experience with fraud solutions implementation, including rule development and business process design. Thorough knowledge of major fraud prevention vendor solutions (e.g., Actimize, SAS, Verafin). Strong grasp of fraud detection techniques and industry best practices. Solid understanding of financial crime and fraud typologies across various sectors, such as banking and e-commerce. Experience in project-based environments supporting full lifecycle technical projects. Aptitude for building effective partnerships with clients and team members. Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Willingness to travel 40% or more annually, if necessary. Preferences: Experience with Actimize Fraud solutions. Capability to develop policy manager rules. Background in major Anti-Money Laundering (AML) vendor solutions. Experience with both cloud-based and on-premise implementations. Certification as a Fraud Examiner or relevant credentials. Knowledge of SQL and data analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Experience managing teams or consultants. Understanding of laws related to money laundering, including BSA and the USA PATRIOT Act. The wage range for this role is approximately $109,400.00 to $218,100.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
