Travel Welder Regional

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Welder to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this regional role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, providing top-notch welding services to our clients.This position requires regional travel and is designed for you to be home on nights and weekends as much as possible. Welding is key for this role, but you will also be learning some maintenance for our product line. Client and Vendor relations are also a key point for the role. You will be a point of contact for the product line and be learning some estimation as well.-Road pay is involved and will be discussed throughout the interview process-All travel costs are covered-Company truck is provided-The shop is based out of Louisville, Ky and we are looking for someone local. Any time you are not on the road you will work in shop as needed.If you are passionate about your craft and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication tasks on-site at various client locations.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.Proven experience as a welder, with expertise in Mig and Stick welding.Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
