Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,236 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158!Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a similar specialty License: Current state/compact nursing license required in hand Certifications: BLS, NIHSS must be current and in hand before interviewing Must-Have: Must be able to interpret and sign off on telemetry strips Must include 2 supervisor references (1 from current or most recent assignment and 1 from second most recent assignment in hand at submission) Description: This nursing position requires working three 12-hour night shifts. Weekend shifts will be scheduled every other week. The nurse will be responsible for patient care in a medical/surgical/telemetry unit. Duties include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, blood product administration, and peripheral line care. Nurses will work with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. The average daily census for the unit is 82 patients, with a patient ratio of 5 during the day and 6 during the night. Nurses should be familiar with rapid response and code teams, and isolation precautions. Epic charting experience is preferred, and travel experience is required. Candidates should have the ability to provide non-invasive airway management and oxygen administration. References from previous supervisors will be required after an offer is made.
