Elevated Casual Dining | $60,000 - $70,000We're looking for a passionate and energetic Sous Chef to join the leadership team of one of the most buzzed-about social dining and entertainment venues in the country.This is not your typical kitchen - think vintage vibes meets tech-driven gameplay, paired with a modern twist on elevated pub fare. Guests come for the immersive experience and stay for the quality food, playful energy, and curated cocktails. Our kitchen plays a central role in delivering the kind of hospitality that keeps the space alive.What You'll Do:Support day-to-day BOH operations for a high-volume, fast-paced kitchenLead and inspire a team of line cooks and prep staff - hands-on and on the line when neededExecute consistent, elevated food presentations that match the playful brand experienceCollaborate on menu development, daily prep lists, and specialsManage inventory, ordering, and food cost in partnership with the Exec ChefMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all timesWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role in an elevated casual, scratch-kitchen conceptComfortable in a high-volume, experiential environment (think 500+ covers/day)Passionate about food and people - you thrive in a team-first kitchen cultureStrong understanding of kitchen systems, prep execution, and service flowFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and eventsPerks & Culture:Competitive salaryPaid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and dining discountsOpportunity to grow with a nationally expanding hospitality groupFun, inclusive, fast-paced environment wherecreativity and play are encouraged
