Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse, under the supervision of the House Supervisor, will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients according to hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum two years of recent experience in at least two areas of hospital nursing. Education Required: Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice or an active compact license. If you hold an out-of-state compact license, you must apply for a Texas RN license within 60 days of hire. Certifications: Current BLS certification. Annual NIHSS certification. ACLS certification for Healthcare Providers. Preferred: Specialty certification.
