What You'll Do: Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, wound care, packs, and irrigations as necessary Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents Advocate for residents, ensuring other team members are delivering care according to resident care plans and personal wishes Accurately complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support ?
