Your Role: As a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Sales, you will lead the growth strategy for Accenture Security, focusing on Midmarket clients in the USA and driving regional expansion. This vital, client-centered role involves originating, shaping, and closing cybersecurity deals that utilize Accenture's Midmarket offerings. Proven success in selling security services to Midmarket clients Strong executive presence and the ability to engage with CISOs, CIOs, COOs, and Boards Deep understanding of cybersecurity services and the challenges faced by Midmarket companies today Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets for Accenture Security offerings such as Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, and Risk & Compliance. Leverage sales leadership, security expertise, and strong executive engagement skills to position Accenture as the trusted partner for security reinvention among midsize companies with revenues between $500M to $7B. Your Responsibilities: Success in this role relies on your ability to work collaboratively with both Ibera and global teams to deliver integrated solutions at scale. Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal negotiation, focusing on high-value, complex security solutions for Midmarket clients. Own and achieve Midmarket security sales targets, ensuring revenue growth. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. Engage directly with C-suite executives to identify strategic security needs and guide buying decisions. Assist in developing strategic accounts and partner-led opportunities. Position security offerings based on regulatory, resilience, and risk considerations. Collaborate effectively with global teams to leverage Accenture's capabilities, delivering integrated solutions. Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies that utilize Accenture's global and local insights. Establish Accenture as a thought leader in cybersecurity by sharing insights on threats, regulatory trends, and innovative AI-driven solutions. Be flexible with travel to meet client needs as required. What You Need: At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or business development with a strong track record of closing multi-tower deals, including 1-2 years focused on small to medium enterprises. Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity solutions with solid functional and technical knowledge of core services critical to Midmarket such as SOC, MDR, Identity Protection, Network Security, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years). If you hold an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required. Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, deal-shaping, and stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging with Mid-Size companies. Ability to collaborate effectively across USA and global teams for seamless client experiences. Bonus Points: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are beneficial. Compensation: Salaries at Accenture vary based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience.
