About the Role: The Payroll and Benefits Administrator plays a crucial role in managing payroll processing and Team Member benefits programs, including health insurance, health savings plans, 401(k) plans, and leave of absence programs. This position is essential for fostering Team Member satisfaction and involves close collaboration with both HR and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with payroll and benefits regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and dedicated to optimizing payroll operations while providing exceptional customer service to Team Members. Location: Tampa, FL (onsite, 5 days per week)Reports To: Global HR Operations Leader Your Impact and Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle US and Canada payroll processing, ensuring compliance and timely tax submissions. Maintain integrity of payroll and HRIS data, generate payroll reports, and reconcile accounts. Address payroll and benefits inquiries promptly, offering clear guidance to Team Members. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and auditors to verify payroll data and assist with audits. Administer health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and billing. Stay informed about industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices to enhance payroll and benefits administration. Manage vendor relationships and assist with annual benefits renewals and open enrollment. Continuously improve payroll and benefits processes, policies, and documentation. Ensure accuracy in all Team Member benefits, including billing, reporting changes, and enrollment. Support compensation analysis and other HR-related projects and initiatives. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, labor laws, and compensation programs. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Workday, Paylocity) and HRIS platforms. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. adaptability to navigate a fast-paced work environment. This position is based in Tampa, FL. Our office is undergoing renovations, and the role will be fully onsite 5 days a week once completed.
