Test-drive vehicles, and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to analyze vehicle components and systems. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate proactively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service needs, along with time estimates for repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications while coordinating with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
