Volunteer for Children's Programs

Overview Join us at LifeWise Academy as a dedicated volunteer and help transform the lives of children through impactful classes. Our Bible-based character education program aims to reach public school students with the gospel during school hours. If you are passionate about making a positive difference, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Model Positive Behavior Exemplify godly character. Set a standard for classroom behavior. Engage actively during Bible lessons. Participate fully in classroom activities. Develop Relationships with Students Learn and remember students' names. Take the time to connect with students personally. Join in activities to encourage meaningful conversations. Support Classroom Management Assist teachers in managing student behavior effectively. Provide proximity support to students as needed. Remind students of expected behaviors consistently. Relocate students if necessary to minimize distractions. Assist with Classroom Activities Distribute classroom supplies like pencils and papers. Help facilitate enjoyable class games and activities. Provide additional support to students with special needs. Escort Students Monitor students during restroom breaks. Chaperone students to and from their LifeWise classes as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Experience A strong personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy's Statement of Faith. Active involvement in a local church that shares similar beliefs. LifeWise Academy follows federal and state employment laws, offering preference to members of its faith in volunteer opportunities.
