This is a full-time remote role with the following details: Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 6am to 5pm; potential overtime may be required based on inventory needs. Your Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process medical record requests, communicating with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys about the status of records. Document required information across multiple platforms while managing two computer monitors to ensure accuracy. Work independently and maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Promptly report any technical issues you encounter to ensure a smooth workflow. Achieve key performance metrics, including Charts Per Hour (CPH) and attendance standards. Actively engage in all assigned training sessions to enhance your skills. Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient rights. Carefully read and follow written instructions to execute tasks accurately. Report any observed security breaches or unsafe behaviors immediately. Contribute to a quality-focused service environment that meets deadlines and responds timely to requests for information. Adhere to all company policies for a cohesive work culture. Assist in training new hires and support special projects as needed. Collaborate constructively with team members to promote a supportive work environment. Be open to feedback and suggestions for process improvements. What You Bring to the Team: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a healthcare setting or in the release of information is highly valued. A minimum of two years of EMR-related experience is preferred. Understanding of accurate data entry processes and familiarity with office equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities focused on finding effective solutions. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage a high volume of tasks. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment. Experience collaborating in diverse teams remotely across departments. Consistent achievement of productivity, attendance, and behavioral standards.
