About our Team Our team is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and delivery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Master Data solutions across the enterprise. We partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Ops and with other Enterprise IT teams to enable accurate product data, streamlined processes, and reliable system integrations. As part of our organization, we support key digital transformation initiatives that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and cross department collaboration for Micron. About the Role We are seeking a Senior level PLM professional to join the Enterprise Product leadership team in a fast paced, agile environment. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to define strategy, standards, and scalable solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. Responsibilities Define PLM strategy, standards, and roadmaps in partnership with Enterprise Product and solution leadership Design and deliver Teamcenter based solutions, including builds, mockups, and custom implementations Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to align solution architecture across multiple projects Establish and implement Teamcenter development standards and guidelines Partner closely with business teams to ensure PLM solutions meet enterprise needs Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in PLM solution development or architecture roles Hands on experience with at least three medium to large Siemens Teamcenter implementations Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and core components Experience with Teamcenter customization using ITK/C/C++, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) Practical experience with BMIDE configuration and Active Workspace deployment Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems such as SAP using T4S or T4EA Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and standard BOM methodologies Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Mentor, Cadence) Familiarity with Teamcenter workflows, handlers, and security models Experience with manufacturing processes, data migration, reporting, and organizational change initiatives As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
