Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist Assistant: Make a significant impact within your local community by providing inclusive physical therapy treatment. Deliver physical therapy treatment aligned with established plans set by a supervising Physical Therapist. Guide patients through each stage of treatment, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Consult regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and adjustments in care. Accurately document all treatments and patient interactions per CORA policies. Educate patients and families about home programs and activities to support recovery. Foster effective communication with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance personal skills and enrich clinic culture. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). A passion for continuous learning and making a positive impact - new graduates are welcome!
