Industry Music Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Founding Engineer with substantial experience in full-stack development, especially with a strong backend focus. This is an exceptional early-stage role offering high ownership and is perfect for someone passionate about creating and innovating alongside the business to shape product direction. The successful candidate will: Drive the development of full-stack features that enhance our platform for fan engagement. Lead the advancement of a production platform tailored for high-scale fan campaigns. Collaborate closely with leadership to define engineering best practices and technical strategy. Play a pivotal role in developing a web platform that transforms anonymous listeners into dedicated fans and repeat buyers. Knowledge or interest in the music industry or creator economy is beneficial, as we are committed to elevating fan engagement and monetization for artists and creators alike. The ideal candidate will display a strong sense of ownership, be proactive, self-sufficient, and take accountability for their work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Technical Requirements: Experience with Angular for frontend development. Proficiency in .NET for backend services. Familiarity with PostgreSQL for database management. Knowledge of AWS for cloud services. This role also presents the opportunity to guide and mentor additional engineers as our team expands.
