About the Role: The Food and Beverage Operations Director is a key leadership position responsible for enhancing member experiences and maximizing operational efficiency. Collaborating with the General Manager and Executive Chef, you will ensure unparalleled service and culinary excellence. Your strategic vision will drive revenue growth, member satisfaction, and adherence to the club's esteemed standards. Key Responsibilities: Foster outstanding member relations by maintaining high-quality service and environments. Identify innovative food and beverage programming to elevate member engagement and meet revenue goals. Maintain open communication with members, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded. Work closely with member committees to create enriching activities and events. Implement strategic marketing and sales plans for food and beverage to achieve financial targets. Monitor expenses diligently, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines. Oversee staff scheduling and ensure accurate time reporting according to club policies. Drive training initiatives to empower staff in delivering exceptional service. Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Conduct daily briefings to align staff on events and service standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and club standards. Your Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in club management or relevant food and beverage operations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operations. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheet software. Preferred certifications in food handling, alcohol safety, and service training.
