Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care tailored to individuals and families, encompassing pediatrics to geriatrics. Address chronic ailments, preventive health, urgent medical issues, and mental health with a focus on the patient experience. Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and craft personalized care plans. Provide care both in-person and through virtual platforms to meet patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognized residency program in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Must be eligible for (or possess) a valid Colorado medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with a focus on proactive healthcare solutions.
