As an RN, you will be essential in safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of our residents with a favorable staffing ratio of 4:1, ensuring personalized care. Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available Shifts: Night shifts offered Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments. Monitor residents' health status and respond quickly to any changes or emergencies. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create and execute tailored care plans. Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care strategies. Keep accurate and current medical records and documentation. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a Compact License. Compassionate and patient-centered care approach. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a residential group home or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits: Competitive pay rates, ranging from $42.00 to $46.00 per hour based on experience.
