New Liftgate trailers (all automatic tractors) Guaranteed pay at $1,500 per week with one year experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with benefits starting the 1st of the month after 31 days of employment 401k and Sysco Stock Purchase Plan Evening Dispatch, Sunday - Friday Hybrid delivery system (60% pallet jack and 40% traditional delivery) Orders are picked by stop with minimal time spent searching for cases Key Responsibilities: Safely transport products from the warehouse to customer locations in a timely manner. Unload products by hand or using a hand cart and place them in designated storage areas according to specifications. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions in the vehicle and during deliveries. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. Work assigned schedule and remain flexible to meet customer needs. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and 1 year of tractor trailer food service delivery experience. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds and handle up to 350 pounds with a hand cart.
