Job Description: Senior Consultant for Digital Assets and Blockchain Risk Role Summary This is an exciting opportunity to support consulting engagements focused on operational risk and compliance for blockchain-enabled financial products. You'll play a vital role in projects involving stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital asset infrastructures, while developing a strong understanding of regulatory expectations and risk frameworks. This position is execution-oriented, set to nurture future leaders in Crowe's digital asset practice. Key Responsibilities Engage in consulting projects related to stablecoin initiatives, tokenized assets, digital custody, and blockchain payments. Assist in establishing governance structures and operating models for blockchain-based financial solutions. Draft policies, procedures, and documentation for digital asset activities. Conduct risk assessments and control testing in line with regulatory guidelines. Support the preparation for regulatory exams and track issue remediation. Perform third-party risk assessments of digital asset vendors. Research blockchain technologies, regulatory trends, and emerging risks in the digital asset space. Contribute to developing internal tools and knowledge resources. Collaborate alongside managers to achieve exceptional client outcomes. Required Experience & Qualifications 4-6 years in professional services, banking, fintech, or a regulated financial institution. Exposure to digital assets, blockchain technology, or fintech through roles in consulting, risk, or compliance. Basic understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technology. Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within regulated environments. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to regulatory guidance and evolving supervisory expectations. Preferred Experience Experience with institutions or fintechs involved in digital asset or payments initiatives. Familiarity with blockchain analytics and compliance tools. Prior consulting or advisory experience. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant certifications or coursework in blockchain, digital assets, or financial regulations. We seek candidates who embody Crowe's values: Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The salary range for this position considers a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensures, and specific organization needs.
