Job Summary and Qualifications Provide leadership to deliver professional nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and well-being. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care for patients and their families. Implement medically prescribed interventions effectively. What you will need: Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with completion within 5 years of hiring into the RN position. RNs with 10 years or more experience are exempt. Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing. Required License/Certifications: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply. Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider. Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in your area of specialty. Required Experience: One year of hospital nursing experience.
