Department Overview MVRecovery is the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. We operate a comprehensive recovery service that connects lenders with repossession agents for efficient and compliant recoveries. Our dedicated team is essential to the success of our technology, and we are looking for a motivated Complaints Administrative Support Specialist to join us. NOTE: This position is remote and open to candidates across the US. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to complaints, incidents, and issues Process claims efficiently Review contracts and related documents Perform data entry with accuracy Log and pull evidence as needed Prepare estimates and quotes Conduct internal audits Engage in outbound calls (40% of the role) to discuss findings of claim reviews with debtors Assist with remediations Generate reports as required This position requires a factual analysis of cases while adhering to established processes. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing data and keeping the department up to date with new developments. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong phone skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise directions Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities Experience with Google email, Docs & Sheets is preferred Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word Knowledge of collateral repossession and/or insurance claims, body shop repair, or repossession industry experience Experience in claims and/or complaints handling is a plus Salary Information: Target Base Salary Range: $36,900 - $48,000 USD. Salary will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, with actual offers based on the individual candidate. Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in collateral repossession and/or insurance claims, body shop repair, or the repossession industry Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
